14.1 Explicit Prohibition of CSAE and CSAM
In absolute compliance with the Google Play Child Safety Standards policy, VILEADS and Valdrya Technologies Inc. explicitly prohibit the creation, upload, publication, transmission, sharing, or facilitation of any content or behavior related to Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) and Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM). This includes any predatory behavior, grooming, cyber-flashing, or sexualization of minors.
14.2 Functional In-App Reporting & Enforcement Mechanism
To guarantee these safety standards remain fully functional, active, and error-free, the platform incorporates the following workflows:
- In-App Feedback and Reporting Mechanism: VILEADS includes an active, intuitive in-app feature that allows users to instantly report any content, post, or user profile that violates our child safety standards.
- Method for Addressing CSAM/CSAE: Reports triggered by users or our automated filters are funneled immediately into an emergency moderation queue. Violating content is deleted instantly, and offending accounts are banned permanently.
- Legal and Regulatory Compliance: Valdrya Technologies Inc. complies fully with all applicable child safety laws, regulations, and reporting requirements, including mandatory disclosures to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and international law enforcement agencies.
